Baby potatoes that are baked in the oven for a perfect side dish.
Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. While the oven is preheating, cut the baby potatoes in half and set on two baking trays lined with nonstick aluminum foil. Once all the potatoes are halved and set onto the pan, use another bowl to mix. In the bowl combine oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic pepper. Once combined pour over the potatoes and make sure ever half is covered in the mixture. Before though place the pan in the oven make sure all the potatoes are on the face to allow a crust to form. Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes. When the timer goes off turn the oven to broil and bake for an additional 3 minutes. When the timer goes off the potatoes are ready to be served. Best time to serve is hot.
Cut the potatoes evenly to ensure an even bake.
